Return & Refund Policy
We offer one-time exchanges and limited refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Customers have 3 days after receiving their order to contact us regarding any return, exchange, or refund request.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that they were received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Window
All return, exchange, and refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement (exchange), or
- a refund (if applicable)
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@ivthcltr.com as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
We will review the situation and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Size Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges for sizing.
To request a size exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Size exchanges are subject to:
- product availability
- item condition
- approval
Customers are responsible for exchange-related shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Refunds are available under limited conditions and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
If a refund is approved:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Custom or personalized items (when offered)

Final Sale Items
All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Custom or personalized items may also be final sale when offered.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Unclaimed returned shipments may become unavailable after the carrier and fulfillment process has run its course.
EU and Brazil Notices
If your order is shipped to a country with mandatory consumer protection laws, including countries in the European Union or Brazil, additional rights may apply.
