Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it.

If you need to make a change, such as updating your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ivthcltr.com. While we are not guaranteed to make changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to most locations worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and delivery requirements. Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Fulfillment

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, it is handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Ownership of the product transfers to you once the order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier after full payment has been received.


Shipping Issues & Delivery Concerns

If you experience any issues with your shipment, including delays, missing items, or delivery concerns, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date at:

We will review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and our investigation.

If carrier tracking shows that the package was delivered, additional steps may be required, including contacting the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.


Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Please note that unclaimed returned shipments may become unavailable after the carrier and fulfillment process has run its course.


Carrier Responsibility

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery is handled by third-party providers. In some cases, you may be required to contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery-related issues.

We will always do our best to assist you throughout the process.


International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
